The Tenner Feast Ten Second Guide: Martini Ristorante

The Tenner Feast Ten Second Guide:
Where is it? Martini Ristorante, 8-9 George St.
What’s on offer? 2 courses for £9.95, from a set menu with plenty of delicious options for starter, main and dessert.
Is it any good? Yes – I particularly enjoyed my starter, Arancini Bolognese, which was perfectly cooked and full of great flavour. One of my dining companions started with Calamari Fritti, which were also really delicious.
Why this place? If you’ve ever walked past Martini, you’ll know why we were tempted – this place always smells incredible. Because the restaurant is run and staffed by Italians, the food is full of authentic flavour, and the atmosphere inside is cosy and friendly.
Marks out of ten? 7 – I really enjoyed my starter, which I’d highly recommend, but my main wasn’t quite as good – both of my companions really enjoyed theirs though.
