& Wine Tasting…
Two of Bath’s very best independents – Ben Franks Wine and the
Bath Cake Company – launch their debut dessert wine and cupcake
tasting at Bath Cake Company HQ on Lansdown Road on 12 February 2016
at 7.30pm.
The event offers the people of Bath the opportunity to taste
exceptional pudding wines from nutty sherry, fresh Monbazillac and
luscious Australian Muscat through to Vin Santo, Sauternes and Port.
It’s the ideal event for anyone with a sweet tooth looking to try a
little slice of heaven. All the wines will be paired with the moreish
tasty cupcakes Celia Adams and the team at the Bath Cake Company are
infamous for and will be freshly prepared exclusively for the event.
The evening will be co-hosted by Ben Franks, a WSET-certified wine
specialist, who will teach you how to taste wine like a professional,
while the cakes and food matching will be introduced by none other
than Celia herself.
Couples can save £10 off the ticket price (£30pp) by booking a
“Couple’s Ticket” for just £50. It’s a great way to start a
memorable Valentine’s weekend or add a little sweetness to your
