Schools Programme: Translation in the Classroom with Sarah Ardizzone

Translation is an imaginative, creative process. In this workshop, Sarah Ardizzone will cover how stories travel across cultures; valuing mother tongues, and multilingual creative writing. She’ll also discuss developing student skills in adapting, re-drafting and editing their own writing in English. Sarah Ardizzone is an award-winning children’s translator. She is currently co-curator of Translators in Schools.
