Bath Festivals brings together publisher Barrington Stoke, charity Dyslexia Action and author Tony Bradman in this event for teachers which will offer insight on how children learn to read, what barriers exist and how we can work towards removing them. The speakers will offer various theories of how we read and shed light on some of the challenges for struggling and reluctant readers. There will be an opportunity to ask questions and to get 1 to 1 advice at the end of the session.
