Meditation Course ‘Opening the Heart’

This new 6 week meditation course is aimed at developing qualities of love, compassion, joy and balance. Known as the ‘Four Immeasurables’, in Buddhism, these qualities underpin our practice, but they are equally applicable to anyone, whether they follow a faith tradition or not. They are taught as the perfect complement to Mindfulness techniques.
Classes meet Wednesdays
