Mr Adams, butler in a grand Regency house, who has been ‘in service’ for many years, explains and demonstrates the complex process of setting the table for dinner, paying particular attention to the etiquette associated with sitting to table and the ‘art’ of dining. The presentation is set in the year 1812 and supported by a very considerable range of silver, porcelain and domestic items.
