‘Flying the Nest’ Cookery Demonstration for teens

For the first time, Nourish is running a cookery demonstration to help your chicks make the transition from your kitchen to their kitchen. The session will be relaxed, easy to follow and implement, and supply them with recipes and handouts. It will cover healthy meals; how to eat to improve concentration, energy levels and mood; the basics of food hygiene and more. Details at nourishcentre.co.uk/flying-nest-cookery-demonstration/
