The Rose Fizz, a seductive blend of Lanique Spritz and The Ivy Collection’s own Champagne is just one of the delicious cocktails that will be available for guests looking to unwind in a beautiful setting. The other, The Rose Petal Martini, is a divine concoction of Lanique, Plymouth Gin, Lychee Juice and Peychauds Bitter. Both unique and refreshing cocktails are available from Monday, 10 February until Sunday, 16 February.

For those who have a sweet tooth; The Ivy Bath Brasserie will be offering a mouth-watering ‘Roses are red, but berries are too’, white chocolate cheesecake topped with raspberries, strawberries and rose petals. This dessert, designed to be shared between two, is available from Thursday, 13 February until Sunday, 16 February.
