Demo, Talk and Tastings with Daniel Doherty from Duck and Waffle in Bath

A debut cookbook from the young chef at one of London’s most exciting and celebrated new restaurants at the top of London’s Heron Tower.  As you would expect from a 24/7 restaurant, Duck & Waffle: Recipes and Stories includes dishes for any time of the day or night – Breakfast and Brunch; Small Plates; For the Table; Desserts; and Snacks and Cocktails. The charismatic and warm-hearted Doherty will cook and entertain with stories about his life and culinary philosophy. This lovely book will inspire home cooks everywhere and the images perfectly capture the atmosphere of the restaurant, as the sky, cityscape and clientèle subtly shift through a 24-hour period.
