Craig Crofton and the Jazzhouse Trio

Craig Crofton has long – for nearly 20 years – been one of this writer’s favourite saxophonists. He remains one of the whose primary influences are African American, which makes him edgy, exciting and more risk-taking than most. Now that he’s passed the 40 year mark, he’s settling into his thing more comfortably than he has in the past, but it remains… his thing.
