Carluccio’s Pasta Making Class

In this class you will:

• Learn how to make pasta dough from scratch
• Create the filling for ravioli
• Roll the pasta and make ravioli, tortelloni and ribbons
• Cook the pasta and sauce

Whatever your favourite style, pasta is synonymous with Italian cuisine. At Carluccio’s pasta master class, guests will unravel the art of pasta making and learn how to make the perfect ravioli, tortellini and pasta ribbons. At the end of the evening, all budding chefs will be invited to enjoy a well-earned glass of wine over a steaming bowl of pasta, followed by a delicious dessert chosen from the menu.

All guests leave with  recipe cards to inspire some home-cooking.
