Bartosz Woroch – Violin

“There was fire and vehemence and Woroch’s playing was always full of life and purpose… This was a strong and poetic performance”  Tim Homfray, The Strad.

JS Bach Partita No.1 in B minor
Hindemith Sonata for solo violin
Prokofiev Sonata for solo violin

Bartosz Woroch is one of Europe’s most exciting young string players. Bach’s Partitas are one of the glories of the solo violin repertoire, and here the B minor Partita is beautifully balanced by the austere yet expressive music of Paul Hindemith and Prokofiev’s brilliantly inventive and gloriously tuneful Sonata for unaccompanied violin.
